Our offerings include digital tools, clinical                software (Xyrus Care), educational content (Xyrus Talks, Xyrus Shares), and an integrated marketplace.

    By accessing or using Xyrus, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms may      be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after                    changes implies acceptance.

3. Eligibility & Account Creation

    You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
    To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for                maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    Xyrus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    You are responsible for any content you upload (e.g., pet profiles, clinic notes, reviews).
    You must not upload content that is false, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
    We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

    By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to appointments and pet health reminders. You will not      be automatically enrolled in SMS/text messaging by providing your mobile number, and opting in is not required to            use the Services.
