• Account details: Name, contact info (email, address, phone number), 

• Pet details: Pet’s name, Species, breed, DOB, gender, medical history, dietary and behavioral notes

• Medical data: Diagnoses, vaccination records, treatment history, allergies, observations, lab results, imaging, medications

• Payment info: For product or service purchases
   

    Vets & Clinics:

• Clinic and professional information: Name, license, contact details, clinic setup

• Patient and treatment data: Notes, diagnostics, prescriptions, telehealth sessions

• Calendar and workflow data: Appointments, staff info, task logs
   

    Vendors & Providers:

• Business info: Company name, product/service catalog, contact details

• Transactions: Orders, billing data, communication logs
   

    Everyone:

• Providing your mobile number during registration does not automatically enroll you in SMS/text message programs.
   

• You may choose to opt in separately to receive SMS/text messages for:

  • Care follow-up notifications
     

• Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of using the Xyrus Care services.
   

• You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, or by updating your preferences in the app.
   

• Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
