Xyrus may host or display content uploaded by third parties, such as clinics, vendors, and users. This includes logos, images, pet records, promotional banners, blog content, or videos. Xyrus is not liable for content uploaded without proper permissions and expects users to only submit content they have legal rights to use or share.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights or licenses to any content you upload.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
By uploading or posting any content on the Xyrus Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, distribute, and adapt your content for the purposes of delivering and improving the Services.
This license allows Xyrus to:

If you believe that any content on the Xyrus Platform infringes your copyright, you may file a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
